“Our stay here was great. From the time we entered the hotel, we were greeted promptly by Mabel at the front desk. We arrived early so we were requested to wait while they arranged for a room. Considering the hotel was busy, the staff were on point. Later on, Samrat, the Manager on duty introduced himself to us and welcomed us. We stayed here for a week and all staff were warm and professional. The housekeeping was spot on as well. Amenities replenished and rooms taken care of. Samrat checked in with us in between our stay as well if we were comfortable, we mentioned a small issue in the bathroom on our way out and it was fixed upon our return. The F&B team was awesome. Each morning we enjoyed the breakfast, although the selection is the same each day (could use a bit of change) . Vicky, Hasan and Ashish regularly checked in with us and the kids on special requests. They even remembered our orders and checked if wanted the same the following day. This was very special considering the restaurant was always busy during breakfast. The gym was small, and equipment could get an overhaul, perhaps a regular check in by staff would be good. Nevertheless, I highly recommend this hotel especially for it's friendly and professional staff.”

“Wonderful Breakfast Experience at Premier Inn We had an excellent breakfast at Premier Inn, made extra special by Chef Ainsley. He took such thoughtful care of the children, even surprising them with pancakes decorated with a heart in the middle—a beautiful touch that made them feel truly seen. The food was fresh, varied, and delicious, with something for everyone. The service throughout was warm, attentive, and family-friendly. Staff were kind, patient, and clearly cared about creating a positive experience. Clean, welcoming atmosphere and a team that goes the extra mile- Highly recommended! Thanks to all the staff who made us feel very welcome”

    St George's Hotel

    ★★★☆☆ 3.7

“St George is an ok hotel with great potential. It would benefit from little improvements but it’s surely better than many in Wembley. Think of it at Hilton minus large elegant entrance and grandeur. Everything works fine and the beds are comfortable. Showers. 3* for my palette.”

“The rooms have such an amazing view and vibe, the spa and pool are amazing. I really enjoyed my stay and Pedro really made our evenings so special. The bus down to the beach was a bit bumpy but we enjoyed our family day out, the only thing that i would say was a draw back was that we had to leave so soon that the chef couldn't make me that birthday cake he promised.”
