I’ve always felt a sense of dread with thoughts that the dentists were drilling and banging unnecessarily. Dr. Dapaah (Kevin) is the most personable dentist you will ever meet. He always reassures me whenever I visit and has helped me achieve a smile I am proud of through Invisalign. Thank you! I appreciate you and the work you do. Like I said, 10 out of 10. “9 months pregnant and needed some help with a bikini wax to get ready for birth, as well as a pregnancy massage for sore hip muscles. From the moment I booked my treatment I was taken care of so, so well. Oksana did both treatments - she made me feel so at ease for the wax, and her pregnancy massage was out of this world (I never wanted it to end!) She was so thoughtful of my comfort throughout both treatments with a 9-month bump. Could not recommend this place enough!”

“I cannot recommend this spa more highly. The atmosphere is very calm, relaxing and professional and the prices are really good value. I go to Aida for eyebrow threading and tinting and would not go anywhere else. She has managed to make my sparse eyebrows grow fuller and they are in a better condition now then with any of the other eyebrow places I've tried. I also go to Shemek for a deep tissue massage on a regular basis and cannot recommend him more highly. My back hurts often and a lot and he has helped me so much. By far the best massage I've found in London. All in all it's a joy to get treatments there.”

“Edit- 14.12.2024 Halley Clinic reached out and were very helpful and receptive to the feedback. I can definitely attest to the fact that they prioritise their client’s satisfaction. Thank you to Bilgen and the team. I booked in for an eyelash lift today at this business. It was not the best experience. When I tried to get in for my appointment the door was locked & no one was answering the phone. I eventually saw the buzzer but i thought this information should probably have been on their website if the door is going to be locked. I didn’t get into my appointment on time and even when i finally got in, I was asked to wait. The lady who did my brows offered me a coffee, so that was nice but by the time I got into my appointment it was quite a bit later than it should have been. She didn’t seem to know what I had actually booked for and asked me whether I was there for a facial. This makes me wonder if their online booking system even works or whether she knew I was even coming in. As for the eyelashes, they’re not as lifted or dark as I’m used to. They are passable but not really as good as I’ve had in the past. The lady said it was because it was the first time doing it, but I have had about 10-15 eyelash lifts before that at other businesses and they have looked more lifted and dark than this. However, I didn’t complain because in the end they do look okay, just not what I usually get from a lift. I don’t know if they’ll last though, as they aren’t really lifted that much. Overall, the lady was nice and I resisted leaving a negative review because I do think she was trying to make it a pleasant experience but I think it’s better for the business to know what’s happening. Additionally, there were no card services and I had to do a bank transfer which was a bit of a hassle at the end.”

“My Nala ( Australian labradoodle ) has been going to Danielle since I adopted her. Danielle has been brilliant with her . Iam sure Nala is not a very easy dog to groom with all her fur and fuss as she is still 10 months . Danielle is very affectionate and professional. I feel very safe to leave Nala with her. I know she will do the best for her. Iam glad I choose Danielle K9 spa .”
