“I have been going to see Freddy my barber for 7 years now. The only time anyone else has cut my hair is been when Freddy is on holiday or I have been on holiday. Once u find a good barber u stick with them. When I sit in that chair I feel completely relaxed because I know am in good hands and Freddy knows exactly what I want so he starts to cut and I start the conversation our usual catch up or small talk. Sophie and Kate where doing my partner hair and kept conversing with her threw every step from cutting to dye. Even to giving us a discount due to not having change, which was icing on the cake. Kate went the extra mile in helping my partner as her leg was broken by supporting her while she was walking as for other staff members who had nothing to do with my partner hair.
