“Is this the future of the British pub? I hope so! It's hard to find such a huge collection of ales and ciders anywhere in the UK. It's quite spacious for a 'micro', with plenty of seating and standing room. Very handy for Hornchurch FC on match days. Excellent!”

“Well... I've never used this indian before but i was pleasantly surprised. I orderd a meal for delivery at 10.40pm (20 mins before closing) and they still accepted my order even though it was going to take around 40 mins to deliver, as a first time customer this surprised me. The food was still hot when delivered and the delivery guy was very pleasant. Down to the grub... We had shami kebab and onion bhaji for starters and they where some of the best we've ever eaten, and we've had a few Indian meals in our time. I forgot the name of main we had but it was spiced chicken in a light tangy sauce with ginger, chilli and onions. Once again this was beautifully made and tasty. The rice and naan breads we had were also spot on and the bombay potatoes were beautiful. So, if you're hungry and are in two minds about picking this restaurant i hope my review may help you in your choice.”

“It always surprises me why we do not go more often to Iceland as it always has what we want at very reasonable prices. The Iceland in Upminster is very convenient as it has parking close by and the buses and train station is only a short walk. The only criticism would be that they do not have enough staff on the tills but having said that the queues do move quickly.”

“Took my 8 years old niece and 5 year old nephew. Booked in advance online and was very quick and easy to book. Parking is available onsite for free. Getting in was very quick and easy. The children's play area is large and the kids absolutely loved all the equipment, which is very study and well built. We also went on the pedalos and did archery (both cost extra) - the staff were all really friendly and I especially want to give a huge thank you to Max who was super kind and patient with the kids during archery and made their day. We finished the day with the Discovery Trail - this is a lovely walk by one of the lakes and in the woodland. We would have stayed longer but had to leave as it was closing. Will definitely be back!”

The dishes are original and delicious. They were so sweet, they even gave my parents a free bottle of wine as a gift when they found out it was their anniversary x”

“I visited the Jobbers rest for the first time yesterday and was blown away with the quality of the food. I can probably say that was the best roast dinner I’ve had from anywhere. I had the beef which just melted in your mouth the roast potatoes were crispy and cauliflower cheese was included in the dinner. I also thought it was great value for money for what I received. They had a wide variety of drinks the wine I had was delicious. The waiting staff were good. On the whole a really pleasant experience and would definitely recommend.”
