She kept everything professional and helpful by helping me to find the nearest UPS drop point and packing and labeling my package which it wasn’t her responsibility but i Loved her passion and responsibility anyway . “For me, one of the reasons that retail is fading is due to retailers neglecting the user / customer experience. Prestigious retailers, Harrods, Selfridges etc., get this right.
