“I ordered 6 bottles of wine on 23rd December knowing I was unlikely to receive by Christmas but hoping for New Year. Tim offered to drop the wine off that evening, even though I do not live close to Cobham. I did not notice his email. But the wine still arrived by courier on Christmas Eve morning, only 18 hours from ordering. For a small company I think that’s wonderful. Above and beyond expectation.”

“When my fiancée and myself got engaged, it was a no brainer that we would return to Harper jewellery to purchase our weddings rings. My fiancée had hand picked my engagement ring with the help of Abi. She was exceptionally helpful giving advice and guidance all the way through the process. I’m pleased to say I love my engagement ring. So we then returned to see Abi to chose our wedding rings, again the process was made so easy for us where we felt so comfortable in her company. Choices were made easier through detailed and guided knowledge. Never felt pressured to purchase, even with the numerous rings my partner tried. It was never an issue. When we eventually chose, and then on our return to collect we were greeted by Adam Abi’s brother who was again very helpful as we had to make some size changes. We could not rate this family business enough. Helpful, knowledgeable clearly very good at their profession. Even though we had known the family previously we wouldn’t go anywhere else. “My local go to shop for Aga items and paint. Beautiful range of paint colours, not cheap but they do good discounts during sale. After failing to find matching stone tiles for my bathroom elsewhere, as a last resort decided to check out FE, I left with an unexpected order of mosaic stone tiles on a 20% discount and limestone grout as well! Thanks to Louisa who not only explained to me the nature of stone tiles and differences between them but also tried different options for my stone tile slab which I brought to her. The complimentary mosaic tiles as my feature wall in my shower compliments the different colours in my existing bathroom tiles and solves the problem of having to worry about the large colour variation in natural stone slabs which may leave me with an entirely different coloured wall. Happy customer.”

“I do like this petrol station. Obviously you get nectar points on your petrol, but it’s really handy for top up shops after the main store has closed. There is a cash point, a car wash and the shop is well stocked with essentials and other things like beer, wine chocolates and flowers. Also sell essential items for the car too, screen wash, antifreeze, emergency canister for reinflatung tyres etc etc. Staff are always nice and friendly.”
