This is because they were helpful on the phone - they made suggestions which possibly I could have done to fix the problem without the expense of calling them out. I was unable to sort out the problem so they came the next day and fixed it almost immediately plus gave us some good advice. Their fee was fair and competitive and they were pleasant and helpful.
