Bootcamp, circuits, body conditioning and cycle to name a few. The new facilities are great and it’s perfect for getting it done early. Janie is just amazing! I have Janie to thank for my love of exercise, she is so easy going, friendly and encouraging. Exactly what you need at that time in the morning. Favour is also amazing, he really pushes you out of your comfort zone and makes classes enjoyable.”

“Got great memories of coming to this place between 2010 - 2013... All the old staff were cool. Daniel Doyle (I think that is his last name), a lady called Simone (who was my dedicated trainer) and there was a black gentleman called Thomas (I think) but I could be wrong; he was actually a personal trainer but he gave me amazing free workout advice which I still incorporate to this day. I remember other staff faces but I dont remember their names! Wish them all the best wherever they are now. Crazy how time flies.”
