Me and my partner had a lovely experience from the lady behind the til, we didn’t catch her name but she was blonde, glasses and butterfly tattoo on her neck, she was absolutely lovely she made conversation with us, she made us laugh and her customer service was spot on! I always send extremely fragile goods and to my surprise they arrive with no or very minimal damage compared to other companies I’ve dealt with. A Cargo company that I can tell you is fully committed to making their customers happy, this is a rare quality from experience.
