I was booked in for a wash, cut and blow dry. As soon as I sat in the chair for the wash, I was put at ease, very warm chatty Ladies. Kirsty had the task of cutting my hair, I showed her a photo of how I usually have it, and said to her to do as she feels. What an amazingly talented Lady, she listened to me, and talked me through every step.
