It came as quite a shock to may daughter at the difference, the hairdresser was absolutely brilliant in re-assuring her it looked lovely. My daughter is already getting used to her new look only an hour later and smiling. There was no charge for this cut, refused a tip and insisted I put that towards the charity too! The barbers in there are friendly and willing to chat. But something I really wanted to shout out was when I once saw a customer in there with mental disabilities. They didn't just accommodate him, but rather they were actively warm and friendly and tried to keep him engaged through his haircut. THAT'S when they won my permanent business. It gets really busy in here so you're best off either making an appointment or going in at off peak times. Also, there's a stamp card scheme (9th haircut is free).”
