And every 6 weeks I still bring my shih tzu back to ruth,in my opinion no one can do as good a groom as ruth. Her love, and care for dogs is above measure. My dog comes out happy looking fab every time. Something you don't ways get at other groomers.”

He got to business intently and quickly and so finally I felt the charge of only £13 was somehow an insult to him - competition around here is fierce as there must be a greater concentration of barbers in West Drayton per square metre than anywhere in greater London and I count at least six - but he's likely to have earned a repeat customer.”

“We had a great experience, and although I was nervous, both ladies were very friendly and professional and explained the entire process to ease my nerves. All the matting on my cat was removed and my cat was very happy and looked very freshly groomed. They even gave a little goody bad with some treats and a little toy and comb for my cat which was so considerate and thoughtful. My cat also smells really nice now after the groom. “I had an appointment @ 14:00 on the 10/09/25 all I can say was it was a fantastic experience and the artist who done my calf was such a True professional and I would just like to say a big thank you to the young lady can't remember her name she really know how to do here job . “Brilliant full English! I was in a total jetlag daze and didn't want to fork out big bucks for the average hotel food so wandered down here. Very friendly service, great prices, big serving sizes. Definitely a good option for those who don't want to pay £20 for a mediocre hotel meal.”

“Had dinner the first day. It was so good that we came back for dinner the following day. The chicken biryani portion was generous and the taste of all the spices makes it perfect. On the following day we had the Mutton Karahi. Perfectly cooked, the mutton was tender and slightly spicy. Had it with Briyani rice. Try the Aloo Samosa, really lovely, nice spices on the potatoes. Forget the fancy hotel’s food around the area, this is the real deal, value for money.”

“Went in today for a wax for the first time in a few years and was really apprehensive as usually find it painful. HOWEVER, Seema was very reassuring, professional and highly skilled. She made the experience pleasurable and was very fast and knowledgeable. She talked the whole way through and also gave great aftercare advice and was just generally friendly. She clearly takes great pride in what she does, which is reflected in the service she provides. My new regular waxing salon, looking forward to the next session!!”

“The staff and owner are friendly, professional and very skilled at what they do. The shop is very clean and my 8 year old son and I have been going here for the last 3 years. There are a few barber shops within a few minutes of this place and although a bit cheaper, I do prefer this over them. Weekends may get busy but most I had to wait was around 15 minutes, normally much sooner. There are always 2-3 staff onsite and provide a fast and efficient service. Very good and friendly with kids too, even offer them a free lolly after the haircut which my son always likes. Free parking for 30 mins on the road. Payment is by cash only, there is a cash machine nearby.”

“Excellent Turkish Breakfast! We visited on Father’s Day as a table of 6. Luckily we called and booked a table ahead as the place was realllly busy! We ordered the Batz Special (with added sujuk), 2 Shaksuka, Turkish eggs, halal breaky and a kids meal. Everyone loved their food and it was well made. It took a while to get to us but as it was a busy restaurant, it was fine. The atmosphere was nice and the table and chairs were comfortable and spacious where we were seated. The food was really good! The Turkish flavours were really nice and the quality of the food were really good. The portions were really big too. Definitely come back again for it! Customer service by the young lady was good too and she was great and attentive to everyone while the shop was busy.”
