“My (very large) rescue dog had his first groom here today and I will definitely be bringing him again! Enquiring and booking was very easy- communication was great. The lady I spoke to asked lots of questions about my dog and what I wanted from his groom. My main worries were knowing that my dog doesn’t enjoy being bathed/brushed, and his size. The team were able to successfully complete his groom and he seemed comfortable enough. He looks so lovely and tidy. It really has made such a difference! I booked as someone I knew recommended Spoilt Rotten and now I will also be recommending to anyone in need of a groomers :)”

Since the 1st meeting with Alexis, I already knew we'd want to work with them. She not only understood my brief, the style I'm after and my requirements to the tee, but also gave us some practical advice! I felt like I could trust Alexis, who tried her very best to meet our budget but not comprising on the quality and style. In fact everyone that we dealt with at K&I was very pleasant and reliable!
