I'm not a "traditional bride" and never wanted a heavy outfit. Valentina has always worked with that, never against it - she's made me feel special and bridal in my own way. She has come up with thoughtful recommendations (e.g. jewellery and dupatta draping), made sure the alteration process worked well. She's always been polite, professional and reassuring (never pushy!) and we really appreciate how much time and effort Valentina has put in to answer questions. “This wasn't the most stylish, trendy hotel - but it was comfortable, very clean, and had a fridge in the room which was awesome. Room was cleaned fully each day, good water pressure, it had everything I needed. Very close to harrow and wealding station as well as harrow on the hill as well.”
