They are quite immobile and not trusting of strangers and the Wills were not straight forward. They had a home visit and were put at ease instantly. Andy was very gentle and kind to them and explained everything in layman’s terms. He genuinely seemed to care and provided a very efficient good value service. The paperwork came very quickly and our requested amendments were efficiently dealt with. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company.”
