“Ruislip Stars Nurseries is a fantastic nursery that my husband and I would highly recommend. Our daughter started at Victoria Road but has now moved to the new St Mary's (on the Fairway) branch. Our daughter has attended full-time since she was ten months old and has thrived under the care and affection shown by the whole team. They have always provided the highest level of care and enabled her to achieve her full potential. Our daughter suffers from multiple severe food allergies and it is very reassuring knowing that she is being looked after by such a diligent team. Nicole is a wonderful leader and is working with a fantastic team. Our son also attended the setting during his summer holidays and had nothing but positive things to say - in fact he was a little sad when his time there came to an end! “I came to see Dr Chakravorty at the end of December. Not knowing what to expect and being somewhat daunted by the appointment I was instantly put at ease by Dr Chakravorty, who was calm and warm and so kind. Sometimes I think we go to appointments and think it might be silly to do so but I was made to feel reassured that I wasn't wasting anyone's time and that I was absolutely doing the right thing to do. Dr Chakravorty and his lovely colleague, who's name regrettably I have forgotten, were so kind and explained all the different processes of the appointment clearly. “My sister joined here July this year. With her disabilities, it’s hard for her to go out and meet friends and explore independently. Since being at EDR care she has enjoyed every minute of it. It gives her the opportunity to be out of the house in a different environment while enjoying the activities that they provide. Giving her the opportunity to meet different people and make friends. My sister enjoys all of the staffs company and speaks about them very highly. Rupee the manager is amazing always keeps you up to date and always offers support when she can.”

“I wouldn’t send our little boy anywhere else, the staff are respectful, compassionate, dedicated and above all experienced with children. The children benefit from a diverse range of skilled childcare professionals and the children are able to utilize the skills of the team to ensure they are able to not only feel safe, supported and nurtured but they are also offered educational content each day, I can see from below that some parents do not understand the basic principles of children settling into a new placement, as parents we need to lead my example, be understanding and empathetic. Jump for joy is 5 star ⭐️. Amazing work to the team.”
