“Amazing stay at Premier Inn Watford Croxley Green! Had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The staff were super friendly and helpful — especially Faisal Shaikh, who went out of his way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The room was spotless, the bed was incredibly comfy, and the location was perfect for everything we needed. Breakfast was delicious with a good range of options, and service was always with a smile. Really appreciated the calm, quiet atmosphere throughout the hotel — made for such a relaxing stay. My only suggestion would be to install proper air conditioning. It was around 35°C during our visit, and the room got quite hot, especially at night. Everything was great, but a proper A/C would’ve made it perfect. Still giving it 5 stars though, because everything else was genuinely brilliant. Would happily stay again!”

“I always have a relaxing time at Villiers. This is a cozy and laidback café, with a lot of different treats on offer that cater to a variety of diets. There are vegan, vegetarian, and gluten free options. I was very appreciative that I could choose between a few flourless snacks. I’ve had the flapjack, the cheesecake, and the salted caramel brownie, all of which I enjoyed. Shoutout to the barista Anna, who always ensures that the gluten free goodies I get are handled safely so I can enjoy them without getting a reaction! The coffee is very good, and I can't complain when there's nice latte art. I don’t love that the latte is served in a glass instead of a mug, but that's more of a preference than a comment on the quality. It tastes great regardless! In short: very nice and recommend!”

“Great Cafe. When I'm in the area I always pop into this cafe for food! The food is SO tasty! And they have yet to get any order or request wrong! Which I'm really surprised about as my partner can make finicky requests. The people there are so friendly and helpful. Service is fast and portions are large. Great place to go eat! Enjoy!”

“Was recommended to come here for dinner, and I’m so glad I did. From start to finish, was such an experience. Met with a professional team, that care about their work, clearly trained to a high standard. Food allergies and care were taken very seriously, on top of there being many options should you have allergies. Amazing food to top it off. Highly recommend to you all. We traveled 45minutes and will definitely make that travel again.”

“Have been coming to cafe hero for some time now and always get the best coffee be it white American (hot milk) , flat white white or mocha served by the lovely Elena and her new members of team Callista who recently has been taking my order and has met all expectations. They are very welcoming, customer friendly and hospitable but above all they serve the best coffee which will not disappoint. Look forward in seeing you both again next week…. “Go here a few times a week to mainly grab a chicken katsu salad which is 10/10. Sometimes have other food like sweet and sour chicken or katsu curry. Food is always very good and service is normally also perfect. Although lately have noticed service to be getting a little slower. Was waiting to be served for nearly 10 minutes whilst Deliveroo drivers coming in after me were getting served straight away. That just needs improving”
