He learnt new skills, new techniques, and more importantly, he built up his confidence and resilience.The coaches are friendly but firm, and build strong relationships with each individual participant. “Great football pitches and changing facilities. Great bar too for after game drinks. This facility offers 3 - 4 grass pitches. Some or them are a little on the slant. Not sure what the price ranges are but always call and ask.”

“I started doing Taekwondo around 2012—2013 when Daniel was teaching Taekwondo classes at London South Bank University. Daniel is a really well rounded and very accomplished martial artist and person, training with him has helped me to achieve a better version of myself. At the club you can learn different things from Taekwondo, self-defence or join the circuit sessions. Shakira is the club manager/CEO, she knows how to make everything work at the club and she really understands people. When you visit the club you will see and feel that you could not be in more capable hands!”

“Jack provided private lessons to both myself and my wife before our wedding, along with group lessons for both our hen and stag dos. He's an amazing dancer and his passion for dancing and teaching is contagious. Jack made us feel completely comfortable and he helps you learn whether you can dance or have two left feet. The group sessions for our friends were great fun. Jack had even the most seasoned English wallflowers up on their feet. We will both be having further private lessons and we can't recommend Jack highly enough.”
