“Food and beverage and Housekeeping Team and Reception. I am writing to express my heartfelt gratitude for the exceptional service we received during our recent stay at your hotel. From the moment we arrived, the check-in process was incredibly smooth, all thanks to the manager Johirul who look after restaurant and reception Upon entering dinner restaurant we were greeted with a warm and assisted by him and given the excellent recommendation food The attention to detail in maintaining the standard and Housekeeping team went above and beyond by promptly fulfilling our request for extra towels ensuring that our comfort was prioritized. During our two-night stay, my little one was delighted by the panoramic views afforded by the expansive windows in our room. The opportunity to enjoy such beautiful vistas truly added to our overall experience. Furthermore, I must commend the hotel's breakfast offerings, which were not only delicious but also served with efficiency and care staff are very helpful and assistants. “Our group stayed here for 4 nights and we have very smooth stay. Maria ( group booking manager) is just awesome as she helps a lot. She make our stay n go behond to help us on every steps. My all group is happy with the stay. Breakfast is nice n staff Ranjita and Dibbya is very good and ready to help us. Jose at front desk is cherry on top and so as bar guy. Overall we all are happy with the service and our stay.”

“Stayed with my wife and son before travelling. Room was fantastic, we had a family room on the first floor. Two queen beds. Used the converted room on the ground floor that used to be the pool area (now a bar) which was really lovely. Great start to the holiday. Would recommend over other hotels we’ve stayed in at Heathrow. Service given 4 stars as we received slow service in the bar and check in was a little difficult due to a language barrier with one of the members of staff”
