“My daughter and son have been attending perform in Hutton since 2020 and absolutely love it. It’s one of the few activities they ALWAYS want to go to, lots of great parts and the shows are very entertaining. It’s really helped both their general confidence and is for all kids not just those who love being in the limelight. I love the fact at each lesson there’s part prep for the show, part fun acting games, and always a life lesson in there whether it’s how to deal with bullies or how to introduce yourself confidently, but all light hearted and fun. It’s more than just drama and they’ve learnt a lot. The teachers really care - when my daughter was having some worries one of the teachers chatted to her separately to the class and it really helped. Also we recently applied for a drama scholarship for secondary school and Sophie at perform wrote a wonderful letter supporting the application and my daughter was successful so this was hugely appreciated.
