“I had a full service and MOT done... I booked online this was very easy... plus the prices/charges/what included/what is not are stated clearly/openly which I like. There is a growing number of mechanic venues you call and the price not as transparent which I do not favour. The MOT and service was completed in good time, and Mr Siddiqui sent video clips of what was done e.g., old parts that were replaced ... once again his style is open and transparent in a good way. He does not sub-contract his work which I like and feel my car is in safe hands. No hard sales and I was getting an honest and reliable service. Previously I went to garage that had good reviews but started to cut corners, overcharge and overtime for what ever reason was less transparent/helpful esp when subcontracting without being open about it.... so I looked else where naturally. I found this place based on the google reviews, gave it a go and now I recommend as it saved me the headache, of trying to find a reliable, affordable and transparent mechanic in London. Sincerely, thank you for actually delivering on what you advertise... it’s becoming rare to find a reliable/honest mechanic these days or perhaps I have been unlucky in the past. Anyhow a good place for your yearly car servicing and MOT.”

“I must say that this garage provided me with the most excellent and successful service in a major problem that I thought was not able to be fixed . My son has special alloy wheels (bespoke) in his Mini Cooper and the locking wheel nut keys were lost so non of the wheels could come off . I tried lots of garages and one in particular tried very hard calling manufacturers as well as buying many types from Amazon Prince from this garage looked after me throughout the process and was able to measure and order bespoke alloy wheel nuts that fired , and very quickly resolved my requirements and I would recommend them for any complex type vehicle work .”

“My car had a Coolant leak and broke down on the bank holiday. The boss of this garage was really good and got my car fixed very quickly. They are very honest and quick, and was surprised how quick they got my car fixed. They give you a run through of everything they have fixed and even show you the broken parts too as well as taking you out on a test drive, to reassure you. They charge a fair price and would use this garage again. Thank you once again!”

I rang them up after i received my email regarding booking my latest Jaguar car for service soon. last time they did my old car service and was very happy with there service and professionalism, but I had to do long journey to midlands this time before booking my car in for service. I spoke to kush on the phone because I was abit worried about oil level on the car, has I topped up 3 litres recently has oil was very low. He said bring the car in before you go next day we do quick health check and check all the levels on car before your trip to midlands. They checked the car topped up abit more oil and was ready to go. Now my car will be booked in for some TLC in a few days get full service done can’t wait….”
