The first time I was introduced to Russell I was almost giving up on my car, everywhere I went to I got quoted a whole hip of money, the last quote I got was £500. “Prior to their closure, I took my cars to a trusted garage. Since that point, I had been on the hunt for another trusted garage (which I believe can be difficult at times). But thankfully I came across DRA. From making an initial enquire via email (promptly answered), receiving a quote for the work needed, receiving an update on when the work was complete to making payment and collecting my cars (2 cars have been taken here so far at different points), I would find it a struggle to go somewhere else. As of recently, they were very very understanding regarding a payment issue, which can be stressful for both sides the customer and garage, but they were understanding and not aggressive in any manner. If you're looking for a garage that is honest, reasonably priced and professional, you've found it.”

“A huge shout out to Dave at B & D Tyres, Collier Row. I've been a customer of theirs for decades but today has probably been the best customer service I have received to date. My car needed a couple of bits sorted for it's M.O.T and armed with pictures, took it to a garage someone pointed me in the direction of. Without even looking at the pictures I took, they tried telling me I needed a complete new part, when all I needed was a clip. The guy was pushy & constantly cutting me off when I tried to speak. I said I'd let him know & headed to B & D for a new tyre. We got chatting and I showed Dave the pictures. He agreed that the garage was talking pony. He said if I left the car with him for a bit, he'd sort it & give me a call. An hour later, he rang and said it was all done. Not only did Dave & his team sort everything, they had then driven the car back to the test centre for it's retest and sorted that too. I was speechless. Dave made my day. He didn't need to do all that, that's not his job but I tell you what, that level of service is exactly WHY I have been a customer of theirs for decades. THANKYOU B & D! And thank YOU, Dave!”

“This is an excellent garage. My son in law had an issue with his car after driving down from Bedford. Didn’t know exactly what it was as there were no warning lights but he couldn’t get over about 30mph. They worked really hard figuring out the problem but eventually solved it, replaced the necessary parts and test drove it. All at a very reasonable price and taking time to explain and show to my son in law what they had needed to do. Good, old fashioned service.”

I rang them up after i received my email regarding booking my latest Jaguar car for service soon. last time they did my old car service and was very happy with there service and professionalism, but I had to do long journey to midlands this time before booking my car in for service. I spoke to kush on the phone because I was abit worried about oil level on the car, has I topped up 3 litres recently has oil was very low. He said bring the car in before you go next day we do quick health check and check all the levels on car before your trip to midlands. They checked the car topped up abit more oil and was ready to go. Now my car will be booked in for some TLC in a few days get full service done can’t wait….”
