They have health packages available to help cover the cost of care for your fur family. When ours have had to cross the rainbow bridge, they show empathy and send bereavement gifts. They have also provided a grace period for payment. It can be expensive, but most vets are and they will explain all costs beforehand.”

“The reception staff called me up to offer earlier MoT slots since they had some no-shows. So I was able to move my appointment to an earlier slot. When I arrived, I was well looked after with a coffee! I was also told about the Black Friday deal for the Halfords Motoring Club membership, which I could sign up for even though my MoT was in progress. Since the membership was cheaper than the MoT price, it was a no brainer to save £5!”

They brought all meals at the same time which was asked of we wanted by staff. The food was all cooked very very very well m. “Great experience from start to finish: Combi-boiler gave up on Sunday, Monday morning Jim came to have a quick look and advised of options, booked us in for a new boiler on Saturday but due to cancellation got it all sorted on Wednesday already. “Great South Indian restaurant in Tooting. I’ve eaten here about five times and never had a bad meal. The masala dosa there is awesome. I went for the Cochin prawn curry for my main with pilau rice. It was very tasty. Not too spicy either, packed full of flavour and nice hint of tamarind. Had a 600ml cobra which was good value. Service was quick and polite. Felt well looked after. It was relatively quiet when I went but it can get busy so make sure you book. I will definitely go back. Food is really good here.”
