I rang them up after i received my email regarding booking my latest Jaguar car for service soon. last time they did my old car service and was very happy with there service and professionalism, but I had to do long journey to midlands this time before booking my car in for service. I spoke to kush on the phone because I was abit worried about oil level on the car, has I topped up 3 litres recently has oil was very low. He said bring the car in before you go next day we do quick health check and check all the levels on car before your trip to midlands. They checked the car topped up abit more oil and was ready to go. Now my car will be booked in for some TLC in a few days get full service done can’t wait….”

Another mechanic looked at my car changed the battery and then this issue popped up again after only 2 weeks, their recommendation was to get a new battery again and pay again! “We had pizza from here a few times via just eat. We had no problems and the food was piping hot and delivered quickly. We have just ordered Saturday night via their website for the first time. It provides more deals. There was a delay with warning eta 45 min. It was delayed 10 min extra - we did not mind as it was a possibility with warning. The pizza was still hot. Plenty of toppings. Driver was friendly. Ensured we were the correct people - confirming the name. I shall use them again. I noticed a poor hygiene review - I checked on the council website. 5 stars since April 2025. I will review regularly with update. I may in-house visit as well.”

“Took my beloved 07 Honda accord there. First of all I called and he slotted me when I needed an emergency. No faffing around, quoted me fairly and did good work. Issue I had was a seized caliper. He also sorted my mot out. I always leave the garage knowing he’s taken care of my car like he would do to his own. That itself means a lot.
