“I absolutely love how brilliantly Monica (Mak's daughter) coloured my hair and was also willing to alter it after a week if I wasn't pleased. Her patience and professionalism was top notch. Something I want to flag is I had called to get a quote (over the phone it was 45-55). During the hair colouring I was informed it was 85 along with the toner and I would get a discount. However, after the blow-drying, they confirmed it was a total of 114 and with the discount it was 97. Honestly, that was a shock for me. I later enquired and found out that it's around 100 pounds everywhere. But as a first timer in London, I which I was told the complete cost of it. Would I recommend getting your hair done here- 100%. Just make sure to ask the right questions to avoid hidden costs.”

Honestly, I wasn't feeling very optimistic when I booked my appointment, especially since I had a broken nail that needed a quick fix. However, I was genuinely impressed by my experience. The team was incredibly efficient while also paying great attention to detail. I opted for a mani-pedi, and they truly exceeded my expectations. Now, two weeks later, I’m amazed that my nails, particularly the extension for my broken nail, still feel so solid and show no signs of gaps! I’m really grateful to have found this place and can confidently say that I will be coming back regularly.”

“I had such a comfortable and relaxing stay at Hilton Syon Park. The service was excellent throughout, the staff were really attentive and friendly. The hotel was spotless, and the atmosphere felt calm and luxurious. I stayed for my anniversary and been with friends few times I enjoyed an amazing dinner there, and I also booked a massage during my spa weekend, which was absolutely wonderful and worth every moment. Overall, it was a perfect spa getaway. Highly recommend!”

“Spacious, contemporary and comfortable inside the restaurant and large, spacious outdoor area so you can dine alfresco with comfortable rattan seating outdoors or modern bench-style seating and chairs inside. Ordered the full veggie breakfast which did not disappoint. It was value for money as it included two eggs sunny side up, mushrooms, tomato, two hash browns, toast with butter, baked beans served in a small bowl and two large sausages which had a delicious seasoned mash potato texture. Tea or filtered coffee is also included in this breakfast option. The service was quick and excellent, staff were very friendly and happy to help with any query we had. We'll definitely be returning. Hope they add pancakes to their menu as my wife kept on tucking into my breakfast which I could have happily eaten myself!”
