“Used Falcon for airport transfers to / from Heathrow. Did all bookings via email. Response rate was super quick (literally minutes), with terms and conditions clear. I asked for the taxi to arrive 1 hr 20mins after flight lands. Worked perfectly (as I know exiting airport can take long). So no waiting time charged. As long as when making bookings you state number of passengers, number of suitcases (check-in and cabin) and for airports ask how much drop off fees or parking fees are (though falcon were good and told me anyway) you won't go wrong. Also falcon provided driver tracking, automated receipt, booking confirmation etc. Prices were competitive. Drivers used were helpful and good communicators. Cars were really nice (one was a Mercedes van and other was a Mitsubishi SUV - prob because we had a lot of suitcases). Definitely recommend as hassle free and customer service great (both email replies and call centre clear and polite)”
