“Stayed last week & just wanted to send a message of thanks to Vanessa & Elena in the restaurant. Both a credit to Hilton. Vanessa’s knowledge on the menu was excellent, she recommended the curry which was delicious. Elena is lovely also & made me feel like nothing was too much, she made me a coffee & finally…somebody who knows how to heat milk properly without burning it! “Jan was absolutely brilliant, she was super responsive and easy to get a hold of. My cat isn’t going exactly super good at travelling to new places. As soon as we met Jan she started to calm her down and make her feel at ease. Once the grooming started my cat loved it, Jan was so gentle and delicate with her. Jam thoroughly brush her out and made her look absolutely amazing! She also gave us some brilliant advice on how to keep her coat looking nice. Thank you so much, Jan!”
