“Adil was helpful in processing a refund for us for a faulty item delivered from an online order after we had arranged a collection but DPD failed to collect. We could see the store was very busy at the end of a long day and he still took the time to help us when we needed it, despite it not being something they can usually help with in store. The staff deserve more support and a better working environment, it seemed understaffed for a busy Christmas period and there didn’t seem to be much help or managerial support for them.”

“Job done in Staines upon Thames on 29/06/24. Richard Black came out and looked at my car and gave an honest opinion on what could be done and what needed to be done for my car to be returned at the end of a 4 year lease to incur no charges from the lease company. He fully valeted my car and sourced the correct paint to touch up a few minor scratches. The car looked amazing and when collected the agent said the car was in amazing condition and I incurred no penalties as a result so thank you.”
