“I come in around every 1-2 weeks to purchase raw dog food. There is always ample stock, which I have struggled with at other locations. The staff are always extremely welcoming, helpful and always keen to offer a treat to my dogs! They understand pet body language and have slowly made one of my more nervous dogs feel so happy and welcome. He loves a trip there now! I wouldn’t shop anywhere else.”

“Absolutely stellar customer service, Seth was first incredibly helpful over the phone, going out his way to give product details so I could see pictures online and not waste a trip as I was 30 mins away. Then in-store, he had the range of products ready for me to view and actually recognised me from the door!! He was very detailed in explanations also, helped in explaining how the leathers age over time and overall just very helpful in his interactions with me.
