Uzair and his team have always been very friendly whilst consistently providing a professional level haircut for men. I have short sides and medium length hair on top which is very thick and difficult to cut and style into shape. Yet Uzair has managed to do what most other barbers have failed to by providing a haircut that fits my face shape, flows back, sits well, and looks very stylish. For this reason, I’ve been able to carry a style that I always wanted but other barbers never really achieved. On top of that, we always have a great conversation which always makes the experience worthwhile. Well worth the money and definitely recommend to others especially those who enjoy stylish, medium length haircuts.”

“I popped in on a Saturday as a walk-in and was seated quickly. I asked for a 3 all over and a beard tidy. My barber approached both with precision, care, and efficiency. He also read my mind and asked if I wanted him to neaten up my fairly wild eyebrows…! A head massage and hot towel to finish off was superb. In and out in no more than 30-40 minutes with a clean and refined look. Excellent service, couldn’t have asked for more and will be a regular from now on.”

“What a fantastic holiday club, my kids absolutely loved it, the main thing is the staff are amazing really caring and thoughtful to every child. I asked the manager if I could watch a session and he couldn't have been more inviting, I was blown away with how organised everything was and every child had a smiles on their faces. I had no problem leaving all my 3 kids I have been to quite a few holiday clubs and this one is easily the best in the area. I strongly recommend funny feet if you need somewhere for the children, they will not only have a wonderful time with all the activities but also be in safe hand with the Incredible team behind Funny Feet.”

I first saw her at a 4th birthday party as a unicorn (my daughter LOVED it) so I quickly got her number and asked her to entertain 25 kids aged 3-4 for my daughters 4th superhero birthday party. They also created a colour board so that I could choose the perfect colour. The job took about 2 to 3 weeks which involved painting and changing handles. I will definitely be asking Winter Bear to help with any future projects.”

“Luke is fantastic! I came to Luke with an issue with my lower back and hips which had left me struggling to do exercise and often in tears. Luke gave me practical advice, what exercises I could do including physio exercises. He helped me to understand my back issues and the healing process (including helping me with my patience lol) The sports massage was brilliant - I left feeling so much better. Luke regularly checks in with me to get updates on the progress on my back and hips and how the physio exercises are going. I would recommend Luke to anyone for physio or just a sports massage. The service, knowledge, expertise, understanding and friendliness from Luke is wonderful.”

“Edit- 14.12.2024 Halley Clinic reached out and were very helpful and receptive to the feedback. I can definitely attest to the fact that they prioritise their client’s satisfaction. Thank you to Bilgen and the team. I booked in for an eyelash lift today at this business. It was not the best experience. When I tried to get in for my appointment the door was locked & no one was answering the phone. I eventually saw the buzzer but i thought this information should probably have been on their website if the door is going to be locked. I didn’t get into my appointment on time and even when i finally got in, I was asked to wait. The lady who did my brows offered me a coffee, so that was nice but by the time I got into my appointment it was quite a bit later than it should have been. She didn’t seem to know what I had actually booked for and asked me whether I was there for a facial. This makes me wonder if their online booking system even works or whether she knew I was even coming in. As for the eyelashes, they’re not as lifted or dark as I’m used to. They are passable but not really as good as I’ve had in the past. The lady said it was because it was the first time doing it, but I have had about 10-15 eyelash lifts before that at other businesses and they have looked more lifted and dark than this. However, I didn’t complain because in the end they do look okay, just not what I usually get from a lift. I don’t know if they’ll last though, as they aren’t really lifted that much. Overall, the lady was nice and I resisted leaving a negative review because I do think she was trying to make it a pleasant experience but I think it’s better for the business to know what’s happening. Additionally, there were no card services and I had to do a bank transfer which was a bit of a hassle at the end.”

“I started my journey with Mark as I was unhappy with migration of my lip filler (from another person) since then Mark has taught me more about my face and how to achieve the results I want than anyone else has been able to. I will now only see Mark for any treatments and I’m loving the journey he is supporting me on.
