“Great experience, we went with 11 people and it was a lovely meal. We all had starters which came out pretty much at the same time and then all our mains came out at the same time. We used Tesco vouchers and had no issue when using them. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout the meal. I would come back during lunch time.”

She was so nice and friendly and kept checking if we need anything at all, amazing staff member and you can tell she loves her job. Never experienced good customer service like hers. “Loughton movement clinic has transformed my life and I am forever grateful for all they have done and continue to do. Two years ago when I first walked through the door I was dealing with chronic illness and multiple physical injuries. I had an intense travel schedule and was living between London and New York. I had worked with multiple trainers in the past but no one compares to Joe and Chess. They both embody and practice what they instill in their clients. Beginning with the simple but effective philosophy of movement is medicine Joe skillfully designed a rehabilitation program to help my body heal and recover. He supported me when I traveled and his recommendations extended to my life style, diet and overall well being. Rather than focusing on the superficial Joe and Chess focus on health, self esteem and an appreciation of the human body and it’s potential. Joe is an incredible, skillful coach and adult educator who knows how to build on success whilst still knowing how to push when needed. Two years later I have thankfully recovered from my chronic illness and I can run in the park with my nieces and nephews and while traveling for work still maintain an exercise routine, even if that means dancing to Chaka Khan in my hotel room. Joe and Chess treat their clients like family, the attention and care they provide to each of their clients is so generous and heartfelt. Like many women I have struggled with my body image and fluctuating weight but through my experience working with Joe I now have a deeper appreciation and positive relationship and acceptance of my body and movement is part of my everyday routine. “First of all I have to mention the lovely Sue who makes you feel so welcome when you walk through the door, she is so kind & compassionate & very knowledgeable about all things health & beauty which is why I've been going to Endermospa for 4 weeks now. I have a number of chronic illnesses & looking for alternative routes to improve my health. So far after my 6th red light therapy, I can comment in how it is making me feel: I had skin lesions that were not healing but are now disappearing, have had a lot of them for over 10 weeks. My skin is no longer dry & I'm looking younger as the therapy is taking away my lines & wrinkles. It is giving me energy which I haven't had in a long time due to chronic fatigue. “Such a welcoming environment and very clean. Daryl was so attentive to my desire to fix a very bad cut I had done some place else a couple of months ago. I had a cut and blowdry and she knew just what to do. I was so confident in her skills and she certainly impressed. Very lovely to talk to as well. Offering me a drink and making sure the temperature of the water on my hair was okay. I will absolutely be returning to have my hair done by Daryl.”
