“This is our second time getting our hair cut here and definitely not the last! Craig is so lovely and attentive, and his haircuts always look awesome. My sister especially got quite a complex cut, and he did an excellent job! All the staff are very friendly, and the atmosphere was chilled. All in all a very relaxing and enjoyable experience. “I've been going to Hannah for my eyelashes for a few months and everytime my lashes are amazing and last, they are weightless and fluttery. I used to only get my eyelashes done for occasions but after using Hannah they have become a regular treat. I always look forward to my lash naps. “Great local with good atmosphere. A local gem if you want a fun time out at the weekend without going to Surbiton or Kingston. New owners took over a busy pub and are very friendly. Open until late it's for me the best pub in Chessington.Has a few big TVs and a jukebox. A lot of the older negative reviews dont hold up as it's a differnt place now. A great secret beer garden, average prices, friendly staff. There are locals (as you would expect with a good pub) but it's by no means a locals only. Someone said bad food. I didn't think they even did food when that review was written. Also closing at 11 instead of 12, like any pub, if its empty on a weeknight why not close up slightly early on the rare occasion. It works both ways when its busy too and this pub at the weekend can be really busy and feels like a party.”

“I arrived early to get changed for a wedding and your systems were down but Sarah sorted everything out for me, got me into a room to be able to get changed. She was so helpful. In the morning Claire was on duty and the breakfast was really busy, she sorted me out and was so friendly and helpful. A great experience.”

“Really enjoyed Sunday lunch. It was my partners Birthday. Food fabulous so much so we took a doggy bag home for evening dinner. It was slightly cold inside wear a coat but we all need to save on excessive heating bill. Are Lady severer was excellent not sure of name Black Lady very pleasant gave her a cash tip as tip not on bill please do the same if you enjoy..Will we go again yes. As it was a private lunch I will add photos of spare food (doggy bag) & cat on loo. Just been again for Sunday roast food as good as ever 30th April”

“I never do reviews but I can’t thank the staff enough for how accommodating they all were. I stayed with my little brother who has autism and the staff at the front desk ensured he was comfortable when things were a little bit loud in the reception by asking us if we would like to go in the back room. The restaurant staff were also very accommodating to his needs but a man called Marquise who works in the restaurant is a real life angel!! He really went above and beyond for us ensuring my brother had everything he needed and helping me feel comfortable. It can sometimes be nerve wrecking going somewhere new with a child who has special needs, especially one who only eats certain foods but Marquise really really went out of his way to meet my brothers needs whilst also reassuring me that anything I need to please just ask! We need more people like Marquise in this world! If you are a SEN parent or career you know how much of a difference people like him make to your trip. Thank you!!”
