From the moment I walked in, it was clear that customer satisfaction is the top priority. The owner goes above and beyond to make sure every detail is taken care of and that every customer feels valued and appreciated. What really stood out to me was the personal attention and genuine care the owner puts into everything. We found the food too spicy but he noticed we were struggling without us saying anything and quickly put it right. It’s rare to find someone so hands-on, professional, and committed to excellence. Whether it was answering questions, offering helpful suggestions, or just making sure I felt welcome, the owner made the entire experience exceptional. “The Aura is such a beautiful place, came here for my birthday dinner and the food was delicious specially the chilli chicken, drinks were great to, a little mix up happened with the drinks but Addy the bartender was nice and sorted it out, plus the drinks were delicious, staffs are also so polite which made the experience better, Berrie and Dhruvi served me and were so great to me and my girls! i recommend this lounge:)”

We ordered three generously sized pizzas for just £28 — more than enough to feed 3 to 4 people. You can dine in or take away, and there’s lots of space to sit comfortably. The restaurant is clean and well-kept, with good hygiene standards. Highly recommend for a casual, satisfying meal!”

“During my husband’s work visit, he accidentally discovered Roti Hut on Rayners Lane, and we are so happy he did! He brought home a selection of vegetarian items – vegetable roti, rolls, curry bun, and seeni sambal bun. Everything was extremely delicious, and the portion sizes were large, too. I enjoyed every single item! My husband eats non-veg, and he said the non-veg options were really delicious as well. We highly recommend Roti Hut! If we are ever around Pinner again, we will definitely visit you.”

“This is a very nice place serving a very nice authentic Iraqi food a very delicious a very good price not and was Elan restaurant. That is not alarm at alarm. In West Ealing restaurants are much more expensive much more overpriced to know the stuff in broad daylight over that but this restaurant is not like at all it is reasonable price affordable for families for all group of people unfortunately my children they are they were allergic once when we want that and they started vomiting on the on the pavement outside. But I don't but I tell them we can go back but they are they are they say no but I go with my friends all the time absolutely no problems at all. So I love it I wish there were more restaurants affordable and good service and nice and clean and tidy and beautiful thank you very much bye-bye.”

The taste was authentic, fresh, and absolutely delicious. Great value for money and generous portions. The location is very convenient, just a short walk from Rayners Lane Underground. Highly recommended for anyone who loves authentic vegetarian Indian food!”

“Hands down the best tasting burgers. We thought of trying them out with the 'eat out to help out' scheme. There was a queue so I was a little apprehensive about getting a seat soon and our order sooner..but I must say, they handled it quite well. The manager was cool and respectful. We ordered at the counter, had to pay by cash only. Within 5-10 mins we had our order on our table..and taste wise it was yumm!! Even the kids meal (burgers) were tasty. To add to this, the service was top notch..special mention to Manuel, he is a superstar who made our evening awesome. I could see the kitchen busy, but the staff looked happy and we're having fun. They loved being there. Definitely visiting again.”

“I just want to say a very big thank you to Keval and his team for being our live chef at my Mendhi Night at home. They made excellent quality food life in front of the guests which was a very big wow factor. This is the second time I’ve used Keval and never let us down. He always provides a first class service and accommodates your requirements. Live Dosa station is amazing to watch but most importantly they have to be the tastiest Dosa’s I’ve ever had. Everyone has great reviews of the food like always. We ordered Dosa Station Live, Chilli Paneer, Masala Mogo, Chips and their special Pan Puri Shots (with vodka). Dosa’s were made fast so there was not even a long queue even though it was feeding 120 guests. Chilli Paneer and Masala Mogo tasted excellent like always. Keval also bought his own marquee to cook under which was brilliant.”
