I find the food fantastic quality, fresh, brilliantly cooked, prepared and served. The bill is reasonable too. “This is a popular restaurant and usually fully booked. It was our first visit to an Izakaya and wasn't sure what to expect, the staff were accomodating and patient. We decided to get a few small plates to start and order more if needed. I'm glad that we chose that tactic as the servings are rather generous; no further plates were required. The food is delicious and well presented. I'm definitely marking another booking, soon!”

“Probably our favourite restaurant in Teddington, and certainly our favourite Chinese restaurant in the area. Amazing food, and friendly service from the owner, Patrick. Cannot recommend Ho Me highly enough, but do recommend booking in advance as it’s only small and almost never has availability for walk-ins. Favourite dishes - Ma La spicy pot, fish fragrant aubergine, and sea salt aubergine!”

“The front and back of house teams here, are excellent. Service is always good no matter who is at the front or how busy it is. The hot food is always cooked consistently (this may sound like an underwhelming compliment, but it’s not!) and comes out from the kitchen promptly. The quality of suppliers used is also a major plus, especially regarding the meat and cakes. Pastries, croissants etc. are fine, but cakes are the standout. The sausage sandwich and carrot cake never miss, we now come here for weekend breakfast baps, as they are better than what we make at home. Keep up the good work, very happy to have this place in my neighbourhood.”

“I didn't know what to expect, but I was pleasantly surprised by the friendliness of the staff and the quality of the food. I'd certainly go here again. We had a little competition going on. I purchased haddock and chips from here, whereas my family used Mr. COD(s) They ordered first, and had to wait the best part of an hour for delivery as the times kept changing, then they had to go out to find the delivery rider. I was eating mine within 20 minutes after collecting from Fresh Fare. Mine was also £3.60 cheaper.”

“An incredible little Lebanese cafe in Teddington. Went for lunch one day and we were so impressed we returned again the next day for exactly the same dish. The cafe is clean with a warm vibe and the staff are just great. The food is tasty and very fresh. With salads like these I could eat them every day.”
