“A huge shout out to Dave at B & D Tyres, Collier Row. I've been a customer of theirs for decades but today has probably been the best customer service I have received to date. My car needed a couple of bits sorted for it's M.O.T and armed with pictures, took it to a garage someone pointed me in the direction of. Without even looking at the pictures I took, they tried telling me I needed a complete new part, when all I needed was a clip. The guy was pushy & constantly cutting me off when I tried to speak. I said I'd let him know & headed to B & D for a new tyre. We got chatting and I showed Dave the pictures. He agreed that the garage was talking pony. He said if I left the car with him for a bit, he'd sort it & give me a call. An hour later, he rang and said it was all done. Not only did Dave & his team sort everything, they had then driven the car back to the test centre for it's retest and sorted that too. I was speechless. Dave made my day. “Top service from indytech. I have a 2018 7 series. My undertray broke off whilst driving. I was booked in straight away and dropped my car off 9:30am. A hour later I received a call from indytech with my quote. This specialist has a direct link with bmw main dealers and only certified garages are able to receive parts direct from bmw same day. My car was ready for collection all fixed same day 5pm. There system in place means they can find all the necessary parts for your car easily. Highly recommend this garage for any german car”

“Great experience and service It has started by making enquiries about the turbo and they have responded straight away to any question. Then I ordered one for my honda and it arrived in a turbo mode the following day we'll packed and looks new. my mechanic and fitted straightaway he couldn't believe how much I paid for it + serviced the car then.
