After a thorough assessment Daniel diagnosed me with sciatic pain and over 4 appointments gave me acupuncture and pressure point massage to help relieve the pain and exercises / stretches to do at home. I was very impressed by his overall knowledge and in particular his understanding of how my body worked and what I needed to support me back to fitness and back to running. Highly recommended.”

“I made an appointment for Tuesday 18th with Lucas as I had been experiencing pain and tightness in my left hip area and left upper thigh. I was unable to sleep on my left side, with walking and sitting also feeling uncomfortable! In just one appointment Lucas has managed to improve both areas hugely, where I can now sleep on my left side again and I am sitting and moving pain free! I have booked another appointment just to give him more time to see if he can soften the area further! Whilst I no longer compete in top level sport, I have come across many massage therapists in my time! I can honest say what Lucas has done in one session is fantastic! “Excellent work. I came with severe period pain which is deep in the tissue and very uncomfortable and affects my whole life. He did his work and I left with no pain. I didn't think it was possible to take it away entirely but it was gone. The best call I made. He even saw me on his lunch break.. What a saint! Thanks for making my pain go away.. Ibuprofen, Naproxen, paracetamol and gabapentin didn't work yet this does.. I'm very pleased indeed.”
