“I have been a member of White Oak for over 3 years now and do not plan on changing gym. I mainly go to the morning classes and we have very good experienced instructors in Yoga, kettlebell, Pilates, Zumba, circuit. The centre as a whole is very good although needs more cleaners and maintenance . I cannot comment on the cafe because I do not use it but it's always busy. The staff are lovely especially the ladies at the reception, Scarlet and Demi being some of my favourite. If you want value for money, this centre is probably the best around.”

“I've changed from another pharmacy that was in Swanley and this pharmacy is the best pharmacy I've ever been with. I'm on a lot of medication and they always get it done very quickly for me. They keep me updated and they're always so polite and friendly. Most importantly, if anything's out of stock they call me and let me know. Very friendly and polite staff that work very hard. “As cliche as it sounds I wish I tried it sooner... A few years ago someone suggested hypnotherapy but I was so sceptical and also not ready to really admit how big the anxieties had gotten. So instead of getting help I wasted money on holidays I then couldn't go on and missed out out other opportunities of travel.
