My compression sleeves takes ages to come through so Jean makes sure she has a set in stock ready for my next prescription. I was about to go on holiday and one of the prescription items was not in stock - Jean phoned round and got it from another branch so I would have it to take on holiday. A really professional, friendly service which is much appreciated - thank you.”

I was seen early by the Advanced Nurse Practitioner, who listened to my problem, asked relevant questions, offers appropriate advice and support, with suggestions for follow-up action. She was empathetic, friendly and informative. Excellent service!”
