There was plenty of parking, all of the staff were extremely helpful, there appeared to be plenty of stock available and although they didn't have what I was after the guy behind the desk rang another branch an found what I needed which was also nearer to the intended jobsite. “I booked Organic Beauty Surrey for a mani/pedi for my wedding party and Laura (and her neighbour Debbie) were absolutely wonderful. I felt so lucky to have found this place! I was looking for a relaxed setting to do mani/pedis with my bridesmaids and mother the day before my wedding (a party of 5 total). It was surprisingly difficult to find as most manicure/pedicure salons or spas cannot accommodate more than 2 at a time (usually requiring the rest of us to wait elsewhere). When I stumbled upon Organic Beauty Surrey it was exactly what I was looking for and simply perfect. Laura was super communicative throughout the booking process and so accommodating. When we arrived, Laura and Debbie welcomed us as if we were old friends and the service and treatments were impeccable. I was so happy to have a relaxed, private and friendly setting to be with my closest family and friends before my wedding! On top of that it goes without saying the manicure and pedicure themselves were professional and amazing! Thank you so much to Laura and Debbie for the wonderful and relaxing experience. “I went to Martina with an injury to my foot caused during a run. She is excellent and worked out the cause on my first visit and has provided me with advice and encouragement for my recovery. She also provided guidance on how much I was running I should do during my treatment and exercises to strengthen my weak spots. “I was suffering from neck pain and exhausted all NHS treatment so I decided to give one last chance to get rid of 2 years of pain. I am a former professional athlete, still regularly training so this pain was really bothering me. I walked into the clinic, Martha treated me with her magic hands and I walked away pain free. It was a true miracle! The pain and stiffness returned after a few days although much less severe, I say 50% as Martha had anticipated. I then saw Martha weekly for a further 4 treatments and the symptoms were getting better and better. After the 5th session, differently from all other physiotherapists I tried in the past, she recommended to wait and see rather than having more treatment. 3 weeks later the pain had totally disappeared and I was still training, so no disruption to my routine. 6 weeks later I am still pain free and I can finally move my neck without any problems, I can read books and watch TV without having to constantly move, stretch and use all sorts of techniques to try and live a normal life. All of this without taking any medication which I am strongly against. As said I have tried many physiotherapists in the past and Martha is surely the best, au pair with the physiotherapist we had in the national rowing team in the 90s. I will surely see Martha again for all my joints' trouble which inevitably will show up with age.”

“Very warm welcome at this charming house. Bed and Breakfast is a bit misleading. Breakfast was a couple of biscuits and tea or coffee in the room. No problem for us - we never have breakfast! Lovely comfortable bed and perfectly situated for Heathrow terminal 5 (7mins in the car). Paul, can I recommend that you leave the fridge door open when not in use? It didn't smell too nice from being closed! Really enjoyed playing your piano! Keep practicing! We'll definitely use your establishment again!”

The receptionists are lovely and my dentist and dental nurrse are awesome. Two appointments out of three and my smile has been transformed. “Stayed 1 night following an in house party. We had asked for a twin room and were assured our allocated room was a twin. It wasn't but as we were only staying 1 night didn't want to make a fuss. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay. Hotel is modern, well decorated and modern. The rooms are well appointed with hair dryer and safe available. Breakfast was lovely with variations to the menu no trouble at all. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.”
