“It's a family run business and I've been shopping with them for over a decade. Although it looks small, it has most stuff that a big store such as the nearby Quality Food, and they're pricing are competitive and has found lot of things cheaper than Quality Food. But the main reason I shop here is to the fact that they're decent honest people who would never deceive you, oppose to a place like Qulity Food where I have had many bad experiences i.e - overcharging.”

“They bother answering the phone. Asked security man who was near the self-checkouts if I could pay by cash he informed me that I could. Special offer price that appears online and says "Nectar price" don't apply in the small/local store even if you have Nectar card, the item will still be on special offer but a little bit more expensive than the price you'd pay at the big store/supermarket. On a cake I paid 25p more”
