“My daughter went to LAGAD a few years ago but recently re-joined after trying a few more gymnastics clubs. My daughter was nervous joining as she thought she would not be as good as other girls and would not be able to keep up. I can't stress how gorgeous this club is, from the minute we joined (even halfway through the term) Julia, the manager, helped and guided us to get the right class to suit my daughter. She was looked after incredibly well, guided, and settled in a brilliant class – now she has found her group and made a whole new group of friends. Not many clubs hit the right note with staff, communication to parents, and children being brilliant, taught, and looked after... Rarely write reviews but a massive thanks to Julia and all the staff for starting my daughter off on her gymnastic journey; amazing."”

“I joined the Salsa teaching training on 2 with Maria and it's been fantastic. we have reviewed the Salsa theory, psychological concepts and then we started the actual practice. During the theory session, Maria provided me the right material (songs with different timing, the explanation for Salsa on 2) and afterward, we have reviewed all the footwork for leading and following. She dedicates all the attention even for the minimum detail. I felt so lucky when I started with her my teaching training and I have to say that She is one of the rare dance teachers that She invests in you. If you would like to start the Salsa teaching training is the best teacher that you could work with because She has a very high knowledge of different Salsa styles and especially is competent and organized. “I’ve been seeing Janet for over two years now and it has been nothing short of life changing for me and my family. I embarked on therapy thinking I’d do it just for a few months post-lockdown and two years on I still find our sessions such a valuable part of my life.
