“We had our big religious celebration there for around 150 people in Colin Peel Hall. The hall was very clean and big. The kitchen was clean and tidy, with oven and fridge. The toilets were clean too. Love their stage and green room. Perfect for having parties and celebrations. Staff was good too.”

“I saw Nicole for a short while as I needed help working through some difficulties related to a childhood phobia. She really helped me change the way I look at certain situations that I feared so terribly, and gave me some useful techniques. I’ve been using these for a few months and I’ve noticed a huge difference in my behaviours and how I handle situations related to my phobia. We also worked on some things I had buried deep down. Things I didn’t realise were affecting me & how I live my life. My thoughts were challenged which helped me see things more positively. I now feel more empowered, more confident and in control. “I have been visiting the Cheam centre for the last 3 months as part of a group working on "Joint Pain Management" and have been extremely pleased with our health coach Steven who has provided me and the group, not only with excellent coaching to improve our fitness with the aim of reducing pain and becoming more active, it has also provided us with logical and much welcomed ideas to make small changes on our day to day activities that are really making a big difference to me and others on the group. The staff at the Cheam center I have met are also very welcoming and friendly and the various exercise machines I have used are very good and simple to use. Would strongly recommend the Cheam centre and Steven to anyone that wants to better manage their joint pain and to also become fitter and healthier.”
