“I am giving this place 5 stars not because it is the Ritz but because for the money it was 5 star. Good sized room with everything you need. Large car park. Friendly owners. The breakfast room has been tastefully refurbished and the breakfast was a beautifully cooked clean plate of food. Cereals and grapefruit etc also available. Good quality coffee. All for £46 for a double room. Fantastic value and very close to town.. Highly recommended.”

I was able to buy at a more affordable price. I always class a business as successful when they help you even if they don't gain financially.
