“Chelsey was very friendly and seemed really invested in the welfare of our two guinea pigs, asking lots of questions about their likes and dislikes, as well as their behaviour. She did a great job cutting their nails and they seemed quite content when I picked them up. It was also nice to see photos of them on Facebook while we were away. Will definitely return!”

Avoid the pizzeria next door to hotel. Good car park just seconds from reception. Shortage of power sockets in rooms, bring a power strip. Lovely staff. I will return.”

“Stayed here for a night and had a really lovely experience. The hotel is beautifully designed, the room was stylish and comfortable, and the location is ideal, right in the city but surprisingly quiet, even with the trams nearby. The staff were friendly, the bar downstairs was great for a drink, and breakfast in the morning was solid. The only small hiccup was that I'd requested a sewing kit, and it didn’t get brought up as promised, so I had to go down to reception to get it myself, which made me a bit late. I understand things get busy, though. Aside from that, everything else was great. I’ve stayed at a few Hotel Indigos and this one definitely held up, I’d be happy to stay again.”

“Really clean and in a quiet area. Large comfy room with no carpet on floor (big bonus). Friendly staff. Breakfast included, bagels, toast, yogurts, juices, fruit etc (no cooked breakfast). Bus stop just opposite the entrance with direct lines to Manch Victoria”

“Good location. Staff are friendly. Discount parking for the multi story car park-£11 for 24 hours. Room is clean and comfortable. Free of charge for late check out which is superb so I could get a quick shower after ran the Manchester half! Dog friendly hotel. Love it! My dog enjoyed the view.”

“Having stayed at the Treehouse London I was looking forward to trying the newer and larger Treehouse Manchester. I decided to book the hotel as value was good at time of booking and location next to shopping centre and short walk to Aviva Studios was ideal. The room was very comfortable, large and well appointed with amenities needed for my short stay. Wider hotel had lots to offer as well with well equipped gym, plenty of spots to dine and drink and even a movie theatre. Will certainly be considering a future stay and visit to this hotel.”

“YHA Manchester is an example of how a good hostel doesn't have to cost a lot. Large, bright and airy room for four people. The beds were solid, the only thing missing was curtains on the bunk beds for more privacy, but that's a minor detail. The bathroom was a good size, clean and looked new. The common areas are large and beautiful. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The location near a train and tram station is great for a city the size of Manchester. The hostel has a view of part of the river canal, and having breakfast with this view was a bonus. I would definitely stay at this hostel again”

“Thank you to Lewis Danny , Leon and the the whole team for such a welcoming stay - I could have stayed all week with a team like that , like are an absolute credit to your establishment. Leon served me in the restaurant. He was kind , warm , understanding , knowledgeable , helpful , professional, but above all else his service was exemplary, second to none! I have never met such customer service in a very long time , of this level , and how refreshing to meet someone that loves what they do , and has a positive attitude in all their work. Promote him very soon, or I'll be honest you are missing a trick here , and definetly do not let him move to another hotel. Danny was kind , warm so so welcoming & answered every question I had promptly & efficiently. “Family 2 adults 2 children (ages1 and 9 ) on arrival we requested a couple of things , the staff went above and beyond to help and made it the most wonderful arrival for the children. We stayed in 1 bedroom apartment with sofa bed which 9 year old loved . Spacious clean plenty of storage , having the kitchen area , complete with washer dryer was a game changer , couple of washing tablets supplied so was able to leave without worrying about doing all the washing when we got home . Being able to use the swimming pool from 6am until 10pm and the gym open all hours with no added extra cost and towels supplied , was absolutely amazing and they’re really well presented. Car park right on the doorstep along with arndale a couple of minutes walk at the most . Overall a most relaxed memorable weekend will definitely use them again and really well priced . Thank you to the whole team from Sarah and family !”

“We stayed here as we were going to the AO arena. We walked to the arena and got a taxi back. Tha taxi was £6.40. The room was airy and clean. We had a problem with the TV and the gentleman went above and beyond to try and sort it for us. I have no hesitation in recommending it to others. We will certainly be staying next time were in Manchester.”

“Booked a room for the Halloween weekend, had a wonderful experience, was greeted very politely by the receptionist who made me feel very welcomed, after reading the reviews I wasn’t really looking forward to my stay however on arrival I was shocked at how good of a level of service I received and how clean and tidy the rooms were, it was like I was walking into a brand new hotel. I was told by new staff members that the hotel is under new management hence the change in standards. I was very pleased with my stay and would recommend all my friend and family to also stay at this hotel when visiting Manchester as it’s one of the nicest budget hotels I’ve ever stayed at.”
