“Not used in the conventional sense but two kind guys from the scout hut helped my son when he was knocked off his motorbike outside the scout hut. They stayed with him until I got there, gave him an ice pack and helped move his bike.”

“Saturday 8th June 2024 Today, I had a good fortune to be in this grand little real ale micropub This pub had some excellent quaint beers on from small breweries. There were good local followers of real ale beers. The staff/owners were really good and knew their real ales. There was also a smashing quiet real ale outdoors drinking area at the rear of the pub. The best real ale pub in Hazel Grove by far”

“Been coming here for a couple of years now. It’s a great setup and has absolutely everything you need with regards to health and well being. That said, what really makes this place shine isn’t the facilities, it’s the great bunch of staff who run the place!! They work tirelessly to pull it all together whether it being front of house to help with my random queries or just to say a pleasant hello or goodbye in passing, the PTs who run RIG; Robert, Jack, Joe, Ben (sorry if I missed anyone else out), and the various other sessions from spin to boxercise. My daughter all attends swimming lessons here too… special thanks to Dan for being a great teacher and so good (and patient!) with Charlotte in her growth and development. Thanks to Scott for always being so accommodating with our families busy timetable and helping us find suitable dates and times. Keep up the good work guys, a very well done to you all!”

“Andy is an excellent physiotherapist, recommended to me by my brother-in-law. He managed to fit me in at the last minute while I was visiting Manchester from Brighton. He's very knowledgeable and explained exactly what was wrong with my hamstrings in a clear and easy to understand way. He also followed up with useful information after the appointment. I would highly recommend him.”

“We've asked Simeon at Fluffies to cat-sit twice now. Our cat can be a bit of a diva and overly sensitive to change but once he knew what was what with Simeon all was fine. We met Simeon prior to our first booking and he obviously loves cats, so we felt comfortable with our choice. He has also put out/collected our bins and mail for us which helps to make your house look less vacant. His prices are exceptionally reasonable and we have been able to book him at short notice (although obviously try to book in advance if you can). Receiving updates and pics via WhatsApp every day really helps reassure you, especially if you overly worry about your pet.”

“Absolutely fantastic doggy daycare, the pooches are all so very happy and calm. Plenty of things for them to do and toys to play with, but most importantly the people are professionals.... oh and they do excellent grooming too.”

“My two little boys have started at Walkeze Day Care. The staff are so lovely, and Louise has been so helpful with this new exciting venture for them. They come back happy, content and tired. They absolutely love it. I know they are safe and cared for and that’s all anyone could ask for. I completely recommend Walkeze and the team! I just wish I had found them sooner ❤️”

“Took my son for his first ever haircut and he loved the environment and experience. Ian was friendly and did a great job on cutting his hair, looked super cute afterwards! My son was also delighted to receive a certificate for getting his first haircut and Mummy was delighted to receive a special snippet of his hair as a keepsake. Definitely recommend!”

“Just wanted to pass on some positive feedback. My daughter came for her first swimming lesson six weeks ago and got very upset about being in the water. Alex and Teagan have been absolutely fantastic at building up her confidence. They’ve shown such kindness and patience over the last six weeks and I’m so grateful. “Since my granddaughter has been attending Fernbees, she has flourished. For the first time going to a nursery, she gets excited when she knows it’s nursery day and runs from the car to the door. She’s made some great friends and close bonds with the staff, and I can’t thank them enough for the time and care they give her. The experiences she gets at this nursery are second to none. I would recommend Fernbees to everyone and do so often.”

“Amazing nursery. My youngest child has just started in January. This is now my 2nd child to attending stepping stones. This setting is amazing and the level of care is fantastic. Both my children have been so happy, which has made my life so much easier, as a parent it’s very hard to leave your children but the staff at stepping stones always make this so much easier for me. My children love the Stepping stones staff, my eldest child who now attends primary school still wants to stay with the ladies on drop off and collection. Thank you for all you do for my daughter.”
