“We are a student accommodation in Bolton, and used Barton Direct Services throughout July and August 2023 for our Summer turnaround cleans, of over 100 rooms and kitchens. The cleaning was carried out to a very high standard, and the minor snags we picked up on were quickly rectified. It was reassuring to have the same team on site each day; especially as they were all so punctual and polite. It is clear that the team have pride in their work too, and they all went above and beyond their roles in also pointing out maintenance issues to us. Despite some of the most humid days of the year, the team showed up every day looking smart in their uniform; which made them easily recognisable for our residents still in house, and for our security staff. We were equally impressed by the management and supervision of the cleans, who created a fool-proof sheet to keep track of where we up to and updated this daily. There were a number of fairly last minute rooms added to the cleaning list and these were handled fantastically. We hope to work with Barton Direct Services again next summer and would recommend to anyone in the PBSA industry,”

“Absolutely incredible. I cannot recommend Black & Tan enough for any Dachshund owner looking for boarding! Our little sausage Apple has stayed here for a week recently and absolutely loved it. The house is ideal - set well away from any roads, there's a huge secured field for all the dogs to play in with the toys and have a good run around. It's basically Nirvana for them. Nina is fantastic too - always helpful and quick to respond, brilliant in settling Apple in and she sent us plenty of updates on how Apple was doing whilst we were away.
