I brought them to Natasha’s mum who previously fixed them @ swinton diamonds&gold Natasha has some how (buffed) them and retained my gold . “We where looking for an outside brake tester to replace our old one. After googling firms we found MRB. They where highly responsive and Alan was quick to come out for a chat with us. Everything was explained to us. Pros/cons.. next steps. Once all paper work was completed and parts delivered. They came out to dig and fit the new brake tester. The work was completed smoothly and without any problems. Very friendly staff. Highly capable of doing the job. Mike- the owner came out to check on several occasions to see all was okay and to check we where happy with the work they had done for us. We where made aware that any problems we could ring them whenever. All technical details where explained to us by Joe- how to use the tablet, the brake tester. Nothing was too much for them. “My girlfriend had just been for an MRI scan at the hospital and had to remove all of her ear piercings and was struggling to put them back in fearing they may had started to heal up, we just popped our heads in this shop to see if the man could give her a lift he was very friendly and promptly whisked her into his studio and easily popped them all back in When she asked how much she owed him he gave a nice smile and replied don’t worry about it which I thought was very generous and kind”

“Have to say, we would be lost without petpals looking after our cats when we go away, far cheaper than putting the cats in a cattery and we know they are all safe,fed , kept warm and are well when we are not there- one of the best advantages of the service is you also know your house is in safe hands closing the curtains and turning on the lights at night. They know all our cats names and behaviours and introduce themselves before they start to look them/ when we come home from holidays a diary of all their behaviour , what they eat , drank and any issues (not one so far). We have used petpals for a few years now and will continue to do so. The previous comment with one star is completely off topic!”
