“We have visited this store many times and have always been pleased with the products and the polite, friendly and helpful staff, but today (04/09/25) we felt that one member of staff, Emily, was particularly helpful, nothing seemed to be too much trouble. She helped us find one item and we were looking for another that we had seen online, she found there was only one in stock but not where it would have been expected, however she searched, enquired with other staff, and found the item we wanted. We said thank you but thank you again, Emily.”

“Joanne is incredible!! I booked Joanne a few years ago for my wedding which was due to take place last year and through countless postponements, worries and tears, Joanne has been extremely kind, supportive and overall a fantastic florist. Our wedding took place on 18th September and as soon as she arrived in the morning I was absolutely over the moon - she had grasped my vision better than I ever could've imagined and was also a super happy and calming presence. She created the most beautiful bouquets, corsages and buttonholes for my wedding party which looked and smelt incredible. For my ceremony she created the most wonderful flower arch and styled the area so beautifully with lanterns and petals, all done extremely elegantly and tastefully. And our table arrangements were breaktaking with beautiful foliage and tapered candles, making the most gorgeous and romantic setting. She worked fantastically with all of our other suppliers and created the most beautiful setting for us! I cannot thank/praise Joanne enough and will definitely work with her again in the future. Absolutely 5* service, design and delivery :)”

“Have been a few times now and love their pumpkin spiced latte. Definitely need some more gluten free options which are very limited. I also had to clear a table today as the three tables at the back had rubbish and used cups on them. There were about four members of staff so this wasn't great but five stars regardless as the place is lovely, staff friendly and drink delicious.”
