“We went there to celebrate our friend’s birthday - food is delicious - fish is outstanding, with the candles heating it to keep warm - grilled pork is a must try - soft shelled crabs with curry is recommended - the coconut jelly drink is exotic - staff are friendly; before she took the cake out, she had played ‘Happy birthday’ as the background music for us, which is very considerate - reservation is recommended, as it may be crowded on weekends”

“I came here for my 30th birthday. The staff were so attentive and friendly, they honestly can not do much more for you here they are lovely. All the food was just gorgeous and fresh! Especially the chicken bhuna , lamb khari and biriyani. In fact it was all so nice including the starters and even the chutney tray with poppadoms , I’m making my self hungry thinking of it all. “I visited on Saturday evening as I was very hungry- the atmosphere was welcoming. The menu has variety of options and the girl who helped me to choose the menu recommended Keema Pav and I was also looking for fish she suggested Tava fish with garlic naan - awesome choice of her's which I liked. Staff was even checking to see if everything was good and the food is top-notch quality. Highly recommended place!”

The food was delicious, just a good as ever. The poppodums were a little thin (still good) but the onion bhajis were lovely. “Booked a table for 7 of us at 7pm. As soon as we arrived we were warmly welcomed and shown straight to our table. The service was amazing. Offered drinks and starters straight away. We didn't have to wait long for our food. The starters and mains were fresh, hot and tasted amazing! Everything was perfect. The atmosphere is very cosy and welcoming. Probably a strange thing to mention, but as someone who has had spinal surgery and struggles with comfort, the seats here were sooo comfortable! Staff are friendly and pleasant. Most importantly though, the food here is delicious and I cant wait to come back!!!”

“Called today, 11/6/14 on a whim, had time for a sit down lunch and thought "why not?" The welcome was superb, the service excellent and the food....... AMAZING, definitely a place to go back to, we had the buffet at £6.99 per person, complemaentary prawn crackers, fab choice of starters and main courses, was told the buffet menu changes after 2 days to keep customers coming back, definitely worth a visit if you`re in town, A takeaway box is £3 and there were plenty of people choosing this option too. Highly recommended, will see you soon”

“Food is so nice, I love Thai food and can also be very picky but the pad Thai here is amazing and as a veggie all of the curries are also amazing. I’ve eaten here with people who eat meat too and they all like it, people who don’t like Thai food would even like it. Staff are lovely, if arranging a delivery it is always on time if not early and the restaurant is cute and chilled out. Will eat here forever if possible even if I move away from home. :)”

“This is without a doubt my favourite restaurant. So far, it is the only place I have found outside of Italy to serve fresh, authentic Italian foods. My partner is Italian, and hence a harsh critic. Casa Italia has won his approval and we both come here regularly. It is clear that the people posting negative reviews about frozen food have never eaten here. There is an open kitchen where you can watch the chef cooking delicious food, all from fresh ingredients. Service is attentive, the atmosphere welcoming, and the food exceptional. I would recommend anything on the menu. But for me, two stand out dishes are the polpette Di carne (beef meatballs with a cheese centre) and the formaggi fusi (a bubbling dish of melted Italian cheeses)”
