“Never had any issues with United Auto Parts, very educated and highly recommend, neighbors of mine who are always willing to help. A humble reply to Abdi Jama below, he asked for a guarantee on a bulb he fitted 15 days ago, not 7 or 14, but 15 days ago, nobody gives "guarantees" on bulbs once fitted with out diagnostics reports from the manufacturer on a bulb, it worked for 15 days then went out. He most likely fitted it incorrectly (never touch the glass on any halogen or xenon bulb) in addition to this, he is a taxi driver, who's bulbs would be used excessively and they don't exactly drive the most carefully. Potholes, bumps, braking and stopping excessively can easily make a filament in a bulb dislodge thus blowing the bulb. Questioning things like warranty ad guarantee without knowing the difference? The receipt simply says - one h11 bulb, no mention of anything else. Very rude customer, just makes demands without wanting to understand and listen.”

“Tim did a fantastic job upgrading my classic Porsche 911 speakers behind the grilles so the interior still looks standard but the sound quality and range of treble and bass is a huge improvement from the standard ones that just made noise and became unbearable on a long journeys. “Came here after shopping around for ceramic coatings. Off the bat, the replies were prompt, all my questions answered, and honest advice given which is the reason why I chose these guys. Price was competitive too. The car was in for 2 days and I was given updates throughout. The ceramic coating has made a massive difference. If you’re unsure, do it. It’s worth every penny. “James on 1st visit not only sourced the issue with my parking assist, after checking all fuses and running a diagnostic test it transpired my warning beeper was no more - of course obvs original part no longer available so with his advice i ordered one that he recommended after we both searched online, on 2nd visit he removed wires from the failed unit and resoldered to new unit and connected to parking sensor box refitted all working great now”

“I've used this service for well over a decade, and they have always been honest, trustworthy, very reasonably priced and quick. I always sit and wait whilst they carry out the MOT, and it's usually done within 30 mins or so. I've only ever had to go back for a re-test once or twice when I'd failed to check my tires beforehand etc. I don't think you could ask for much more from an MOT service, so it's long overdue me leaving this review.”

I went there yesterday they changed my tires and fixed a puncture for a very good price, and even topped up my oil and screen wash for free. The owners are incredibly nice and make sure every customer is happy – they even offered me a drink and chatted with everyone who came in, creating a really friendly atmosphere. “I was told that I should get my car tracked after I’d had some work done. Farnworth tyre and exhaust was the closest place that could get me in at a reasonable price same day. After leaving it with them they told me that my tracking was okay and that there’d be no charge. Very honest of them - they could’ve adjusted it even a bit and charged me. Highly recommended thank you.”
